Timezone in Cisco ip phones does not update



We installed CUCM-BE 7.13 in place with 7941s throughout. The time on the phone is not correct, although in my Time/Date field on CUCM is configured correctly. The CUCM specifies the correct timezone and time on the server appears to be correct.


We can change the phone's date/time format, but not the timezone. Any suggestions?

Upgrade to 7.1.3b. Then change to a timezone with * and it should reset from Date/time group page itself.
Check the phones - they should immediately reflect the correct time zone.
