DMA 7.1(3) does not export data modExportDatabase=Failure error


Under CallManager 4.1(3) using DMA 7.1(3) it doesn't export data;
ExportDatabase, returning [Failure,Internal Windows to Windows CCMMigration: DB_TARGET_ERROR
Failure,Please refer to 'C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace\DMA\DB\exportdb.log' and DBInstall/DBConvert.log under 'C:\Install\DBInstall' for more details.]

This is related to permissions issues on the SQL database. Please check to make sure that all configured Locales in the Cluster are installed in the Callmanager Publisher.
