What is the Jumbo frames supported between 3560E & 6509?

We are trying to enable jumbo frames between 3560E (Access) & 6509E (Core)

for 6509E jumbo frames support MTU size
(config)#system jumbomtu ?
<1500-9216> Jumbo mtu size in Bytes, default is 9216

for 3560E jumbo frames support MTU size
(config)#system mtu jumbo ?
<1500-9198> Jumbo MTU size in bytes

What is the jumbo fram size supported ? Is it 9216 or 9198?

The default MTU size is 9216 bytes after you enable jumbo frame support on the individual port for 6500 series switches and for 3560 switches All Gigabit Ethernet interfaces support jumbo frames up to 9000 bytes.

On the 3560E, you can set system MTU range between 1500 to 9198 bytes by use the "system mtu jumbo" command.

On the 6500 the WS-X6724-SFP line card the maximum frame size is 9216 bytes.
