DMA tool results- Export - Successful. Validation - Failed error

We are upgrading a call manager from 4.3 to 7.1.(3), but when we run the DMA tool the results are Export - Successful. Validation - Failed. and the error log shows this information:

Tips:

  • Update the OS version to latest 4.6 and making sure the userID's don't contain any special characters.
  • Remove the trace logs that is pointing to a different location.
  • Restart the server and the next DMA export should be a success.
