Is Line 2 in Cisco 1941 by default?

Can someone please help explain the following found in Cisco 1941 running config

line con 0

password cisco
line aux 0
password cisco
line 2
no activation-character
no exec
transport preferred none
transport input all
transport output pad telnet rlogin lapb-ta mop udptn v120 ssh
stopbits 1
line vty 0 4
password cisco
transport input all
line con 0, aux 0 and vty 0 4 are the default async / remote managament port I already know, but what is line 2 for? The router is running with Cisco IOS Software, C1900 Software (C1900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.1(4)M2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1), with ipbasek9 activated and has a VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1 in WIC-0 and a WIC-1B-S/T-V3 in WIC-1

Line 2 command is default there with Cisco 1941 image but the use only when we want to configure the multiple Console or serial line .

Line 1 use Console port 2001
Line 2 use Console port 2022
